This wine is the result of a selection of grapes generated from the vineyard planted by grandfather Nino on the southern slope of the volcano. From heroic viticulture, the bush vineyard is characterized by a slope of over 30% and by the presence of relic varieties that grow on sandy soil at 900 meters above sea level with a view of the sea.

The most sought-after version of the Etna Bianco from the Serafica family. The result of a selection of grapes that originate from the bush vineyard planted by the grandfather at Monte Arso, an extinct volcano at the foot of Etna. The vineyard is characterized by the diversity of white grapes with a slope of over 30% and almost 1000 meters above sea level.

Etna rosso D.O.C.
The Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes harvested at 900 m above sea level are vinified to give life to a great Etna red that ages for 12 months in large French oak barrels to best express the elegance of the southern slope of the volcano, the restless creator of the minerality that distinguishes the typical terroir of Etna and the wines of our family.

Mirantur

Fruit of vines sprung by Sicily’ sun that look at the sea and stun, this wine is exclusively obtained from autochthonous grapes of Catarratto coming from the vineyard of our family, located at 900 m.a.s.l. and whose roots sink into soils of volcanic origin.

This wine is obtained exclusively from native Catarratto grapes from our family's vineyards located at 900 meters above sea level and whose roots are buried in volcanic soils. A mountain Catarratto that is rare to find in purity.

Long charmat method, it is elegant and stands out for its flavor and authenticity. Fine and persistent perlage, only 3,386 bottles were produced.

Long charmat method obtained with the saignée technique, only 3,386 bottles were produced. Truly a gem for its uniqueness, it is the first sparkling wine from Nerello Cappuccio grapes

If the vineyards are at the heart of the company, the winery is the control centre where it is not only fundamental to value the great work done in the vineyard but also to reduce waste and intervene as little as possible.

Since 2021 the winemaker is Nicola Colombo, who took his first steps next to Giacomo Tachis and Riccardo Cotarella and has joined the wine project of Serafica family on the south side of Etna
