MIRANTUR BIANCO

Fruit of vines sprung by Sicily’ sun that look at the sea and stun, this wine is exclusively obtained from autochthonous grapes of Catarratto coming from the vineyard of our family, located at 900 m.a.s.l. and whose roots sink into soils of volcanic origin. A mountain Catarratto which is a rarity to find in purity.
VARIERY: Catarratto
Colour: Straw yellow.
BOUQUET: Elegant and minera with fragrances of hawthorn, almond, white-fleshed fruits that interweave with slightly grassy notes, tropical fruits and flint.
Taste: long, upright with good persistence. Typical minerality and lightly spiced notes in the final.
FOOD PAIRING: Try with raw seafood and grilled vegetables.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8° – 10°
Origin of the name: Constantly marvel at an imposing and powerful volcano that slowly turns its gaze towards the endless sea, complementary and adjoining view of an intensely emotional Sicilian territory. That’s the Sicily we wish to recount in our Mirantur.
