The most sought-after version of the Etna Bianco of the Serafica family. t is the result of a selection of grapes that originate from the bush vineyard planted by his grandfather in Monte Arso, an extinct volcano at the foot of Mount Etna The vineyard is characterized by the diversity of white grapes with a slope of over 30% and at 900 meters above sea level.
VARIETY: Selection of native white grapes: Carricante and other relic varieties such as Minnella, Insolia, Corinto Greco, Coda di Volpe and Bianchetta
